Shipfigo Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

Welcome to Shipfigo, a logistics and shipping automation platform by Neotechking Global Solutions Private Limited. By accessing and using Shipfigo, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our platform, ensure fairness, and provide transparency for all users.

1. Account Registration & Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account creation.
• All actions performed under a registered account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

2. Platform Usage

• Shipfigo provides tools for shipping automation, multi-courier integration, tracking, RTO management, and analytics.
• Users must use the platform legally, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Activities that may harm other users, couriers, or Shipfigo’s platform are strictly prohibited.

3. Fees, Payments & Billing

• All shipping charges, subscription fees, and additional service costs must be paid in accordance with the rates displayed on the platform.
• Late or non-payment may result in account suspension or restricted access.
• Shipfigo reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, and billing terms with prior notice.

4. Delivery & Liability

• Shipfigo coordinates with multiple courier partners but does not physically transport shipments.
• We do not guarantee delivery times or courier performance and are not liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by external courier partners.
• Users are responsible for correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with courier regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, software, branding, and tools on Shipfigo are owned by Shipfigo / Neotechking Global Solutions.
• Copying, redistribution, modification, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination & Suspension of Accounts

• Shipfigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of platform resources
• Non-payment or repeated disputes with couriers
• Terminated users may be restricted from re-registering without approval.

7. Modification of Terms

Shipfigo may update or amend these terms periodically. Users are encouraged to review terms regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from usage of Shipfigo will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pune courts, Maharashtra.
